ACTION: LATE EVENING

[Once again, Siri should be sleeping. She’s exhausted enough to. But exhaustion doesn’t stop the nightmares, doesn’t stop her from experiencing her death all over again. It’s not... pleasant, waking with the remembered agony in her chest, her back. She will sleep, eventually. There comes a point where she can’t avoid it any longer. But until she reaches that point, she will continue as she’s been doing.

Which, currently, is running laps through the forest, occasionally taking a more difficult route through the trees. She pushes herself to move faster, leaping from the branch she’s on to another, several trees away.

She’s been trying to stay away from the house as much as possible. It’s not fair to her housemates, and she’d rather keep her nightmares dreams and the emotions caused by them to herself, anyway.

The message has only made everything worse. There will be no leaving Luceti for her. There will be no returning home. Not if she wants to remain living. She’s dead, there. And dead she’ll remain. So her choices are remaining here, in Luceti, or attempting to find a place for herself somewhere else. IF that’s even possible. And it doesn’t sound like it is.

So she’ll have to say goodbye to everyone she knows. Everyone she’s met. Everyone from her galaxy.

Siri pushes herself harder, running through the forest at top speed.]

ACTION, AFTERNOON:

[It starts out innocuously enough. She goes for her daily run in the forest much as she always has since arriving in Luceti (excepting, of course, the brief period of time where she was a college professor). It’s as good as any other activity to keep her busy, her mind occupied. So... she runs, occasionally choosing to take a higher path through the trees themselves. Pushing herself as much as she can. Except this run doesn’t go the way it usually does, most days.

MOST days her hair doesn’t fucking catch on a TREE. It’s not kriffing LONG enough to catch on a tree. It is today, though. It catches and she yelps, the force sending her sprawling to the ground. She swears, twists, pushing herself up onto her hands... only to stare in surprise at the length of blonde hair tangled on the tree she’d just passed. Hair quite obviously belonging to HER.]

You’ve got to be kriffing kidding me.

VIDEO, LATER:

[At first, all that’s visible is blonde hair. A LOT of blonde hair. To a sort of ridiculous degree. After the incident earlier, Siri had cut her hair. And cut her hair. And cut her hair. It just... grew back. After a moment, she fights her way free of her hair and frowns at her journal. She looks thoroughly frustrated. She’s in her room in House 46; has been since the second hair cutting.]

So.

Let me guess. The hair is yet another gift from Luceti.

[Alongside the ghosts, apparently. And the shifts, and everything else that has been happening. Great. It’s one hell of a learning curve. Not that that bothers her. She’s used to adapting to situations. But hair. Really? She shoves a handful of it out of her face and glares at it before continuing.]

For star’s sake, tell me this doesn’t kriffing last.

[OOC: Anyone who might be in or around House 46 you can feel free to find Siri barricaded in her room of hair if you want.]
